What an amazing business! Not only do they have delicious FRESH pastries and cookies the owners are so extremely sweet! My daughter is autistic and she has trouble expressing herself verbally. Every time we go in the owner is so nice to her and always gives her a few free cookies to take home. She doesn't really talk but he doesn't mind...he just says hello, asks her if she would like a cookie and when she nods her head yes he will wrap 2 in a napkin and hand them no her. She has the biggest smile on her face when we leave there and that's because of their generosity and kindness. And like I previously said...all their products are FRESH! The cookies are delicious and such a wide variety to choose from. If you are passing through town or you live and town and haven't been here yet please go in and check them out. I am 110% sure you wont leave empty handed :)

There are a ton of pastries and a wonderful selection of breakfast options. With breakfast sandwiches and crepes they have options for everyone! Awesome coffee too (iced lattes, cappuccinos, regular coffee).

One of the best italian bakeries in the area. If the place is open till 5 pm, having the grill open till 4 will get increase revenue.

Everyone at Giovanni's is absolutely wonderful! And the food is EXCEPTIONAL!!! We are from eastern Mass, and make sure we go to Giovanni's every time we are out there! TOTALLY worth the trip!

Someone dropped off a pistachio nut coffee cake at work. It was hands down the best coffee cake I’ve ever had and I have had many wicked good coffee cakes. Great job Giovanni’s!

Their carrot cake isn't really carrot cake. It's their regular cake & frosting with a picture of a carrot on it. Carrot cake should ALWAYS have cream cheese frosting. I think all of their cakes taste the same, they're just different colors. Their chocolate cannoli is good. The people there are very nice and helpful. The place was clean.

Gem of Agawam! This bakery is immaculately Clean. The staff is Super friendly. From freshly baked bagels for breakfast sandwiches, Crepes until noon, pastries galore! I just bought my first cake from there and everyone who had a piece, is still raving about this cake! Chocolate mouse cake was the bakers favorite cake amd I can taste why! This cake could get me in some trouble, its that good and im not really a cake person; however, you can buy a piece of cake from the display. GIOVANNIS is NOT to be missed in Agawam!

Good Italian pastries, bread, and cookies. The chocolate cake is very good.Try the cheesecake with peanut butter and chocolate on top.They've been around in Agawam for over 20 years.

Price ok but carrot cake is spiced no carrots didn't like cheese cake

First time going was so nice. Brought family to have a nice brunch and the staff was just what we needed. The breakfast was wonderful so was the scones and coffee! Service was quick. You can smell everything fresh. The place is very clean. The gentleman are real gentlemen. The price is worth the service and taste. ! Will miss this once we leave!

A good atmosphere, good food, amazing looking pastries! I had a crepe, which was delicious! I recommend it. You purchase your food and go to a nice dining area. They have lots of tables, and some couches available for lounging as well.

I've been going to Giovanni's my whole life, and there's a reason I keep going back! Delicious cakes, pastries, and cookies, and the service is simply fantastic. They have a lovely seating area inside and outside, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee and a sweet treat.

It's an adorable little pastry shop with a variety of treats. Cakes, Italian ice, Cupcakes, and lots of other little treats including my favorite, chocolate strawberries. It's a little small, but there is plenty of dining space and it's usually very quiet. It's a very relaxing environment, 5 stars.

Best pastry around... Everyone is very helpful and friendly. family owned and operated. They make the best cakes for all occasions.. They can even decorate the top of your cake with a photograph. They always look fantastic.

Our Zia Anna has brought us pastries from here a few times and we made a stop while down from NH. We are absolutely pleased. We got pretty much one of everything and are very happy with it all. The service was superb and the gentleman who talked with us while we placed our orders made us feel at home and that is something you don't see nowadays. Being small business owners as well it is always appreciated when you feel like family and comfortable in a new place. Prego and God Bless!
